Office telephone exchange SIS400-1/2/3/4/5 — is an efficient telecommunication platform for small and medium-sized enterprises with a high level of flexibility and scalability.

SIS4000-1/2/3/4/5 can be integrated into the enterprise information infrastructure by means of connecting telephone exchange to its LAN. Thus, creation of call processing center or dispatcher work place on the basis of SIS4000-1/2/3/4/5 stations becomes possible.
SIS4000-1/2/3/4/5 office telephone exchange systems offer wireless communication system of DECT-standard, which guarantees a high level of mobility for employees within the territory of the enterprise.
The station architecture and a wide range of network interfaces offer an opportunity to maintain the station both in off-line mode and as a part of telephone network. All the stations possess flexible Least Cost Routing functions (LCR), which allows choosing the output route in public network depending on the type of the dialed number. LCR system allows to define the direction of outcomming connection with the least of cost.
The telephone exchange systems are equipped with an integrated multimedia gateway having Ethernet interface, which allows to transmit voice and data. This permits to connect system telephones of the OptiPoint family via LAN of the enterprise, where it is convenient. Installed routing and security firewall facilities guarantee network protection from unauthorized use without additional server equipment while connecting to Internet. Integration of geographically distributed LANs of the enterprise via ISDN(2B+D or 30Â+D) channels of public network becomes possible with the help of multimedia gateway.

System administration
System administration of SIS 4000-1/2/3/4/5 stations offers a user-friendly Windows-interface, which makes it possible for common users to maintain the station. Administration is carried out using the system phone as well as PC with Microsoft® Windows operational system and installed software for administrative purposes.
PC can be connected to the station via V.24 interface, Ethernet or remote modem connection, which allows to administer stations, situated far away from the service center. Station administration can be carried out from any LAN point of the enterprise with the help of Ethernet interface. Several software products are designed for SIS 4000-1/2/3/4/5 stations.
- Manager Ñ is meant for common users. It has a set of functions for system administration. Manager Ñ allows to change subscriber’s number and last name, priority of outgoing communication access, incoming calls, belonging to interception group, etc.
- Manager E is designed for skilled users and engineers. It offers extended interface for fine equipment adjustment.
- Manager I is designed for multimedia gateway set up.
Administration system for the station has a multilayer security system and registers all the changes of settings in a file on a station nonvolatile medium. Fault detection system checks element performance and registers any faults if they occur. In case of connecting to the station with the help of Manager C, the administrator can check the faults file and take steps indicated in the faults file.
