NEOS Dispatcher is a program CTI complex, which was developed by engineers of SVIAZINFORMSERVICE LLC . NEOS Dispatcher is designed for use at enterprises with distributed structure, branches, multilevel structure of interaction in the process of production of goods (services) and active communication with customers.
NEOS Dispatcher allows:
- to organize operative communication at the enterprise;
- to optimize production process control;
- to create the possibility of corrective actions at any stage of the production process;
- to organize a flexible signaling system.
Dispatcher application works as a part of program complex NEOS
Dispatcher console consists of:
- PC with Neos Dispatcher* program installed
- System digital telephone set
- Dispatcher consoles can be united in dispatcher groups (up to 10 dispatcher consoles in each group)
*- the program is optimized for work with touch-screen monitor.
Dispatcher console provides connection of external speech recording devices.
NEOS Dispatcher functionality:
- Display of the state of internal subscribers and junction lines(limited only by exchange capacity);
- Connecting of incoming and outgoing calls with internal and external subscribers by pushing subscribers buttons or number dialing from tastatura;
- Indication of incoming and retained calls with grouping according to priorities;
- Alternate conversation with 28 incoming and (or) outgoing subscribers;
- Connection, control and management of transit calls;
- Indication of the state of other dispatcher consoles in the dispatcher group;
- Connection to a call, established from other dispatcher console;
- Connection to any transit call;
- Forced disconnection of any transit call.
Effectiveness and control over production process is ensured due to:
- Establishment and management of several independent teleconferences (up to 10 participants in each);
- Indication of teleconference participants;
- Management of single-side loudspeaking communication devices;
- Change of the group of teleconference participants.
Optimization of staff work is achieved by use of friendly and flexibly adjustable interface.
