HiPath Hotel Advanced offers an intelligent solution, which supplement the existing front-office system (e.g. Fidelio) and provides an array of functions and modules. This relieves the workload on hotel personnel and increases guests' convenience. Moreover, this solution gives front-office system manufactures a lot of advantages on the basis of user-friendly standard interfaces.
Feature set of a standard hotel package includes:
- Note of check-in with telephone activation. At check-in the room telephone is automatically enabled with the defined set of features. Later on this set of features including access rights to trunks can be changed. Upon checkout the telephone is automatically blocked.
- At check-in, the guest’s name is entered directly into the Memory Desk. When the guest calls the hotel administration his name is indicated on the telephone display.
- Call Accounting System. All telephone charges are automatically billed to the guest’s account.
- Wake up System. Wake-up call service can be activated from the reception telephone or by guests themselves on the bedroom telephone.
- Room status. Nobody needs to go and check whether the room is ready, because the cleaning staff simply enters the status on the room as they complete their work.
- Minibar status control. When minibar in the room is empty maintenance staff can order it by entering definite codes on the telephone.
- Message indication. You can leave a message for the guest who is not in his room at the moment. While this is in operation, messages are reliably stored and signaled by means of a “message waiting” lamp on the telephone.
- “Do-not-disturb” function. All incoming calls are blocked.
- Special VIP service. When regular guests are assigned a virtual telephone number by the front-office, they can always be reached on the same number whenever they visit the hotel. Even if they occupy a different room on each visit.
- Feature for foreign guests: language selection on telephone display.
