Svjazinformservice offers two teleconference systems for audio conferencing and selector conference: “Congress” and “Alliance” manufactured by ZAO “TELROS”. The equipment can be differentiated according to its functionality and is designed for customers with different financial resources. 

 

TELROS is the first Russian company which has developed selector communication systems for digital exchanges. Until now it remains the sole company in Russia developing both hardware and software. Such approach ensures complete software/hardware compatibility. It is the main distinction of “Congress” and “Alliance” from CTI cards solutions (CTI servers). Namely in systems by ZAO “TELROS” teleconference interruption protection in case of PC hang-up or disconnection is provided (the equipment continues to work in off-line state).

 

Teleconference systems development and manufacturing meets Russian and international requirements (Russian State Standard Certificate GOST R ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001: 2000) and possess “Military Register” finding which attests availability of conditions for defense order fulfillment.

 

Warranty period for teleconference systems “Alliance” and “Congress” is 2 years.
