REHM Vision 7 nitro 2.6 conveyor oven of convection soldering

Vision 7 is a new series of high production conveyor ovens of convection soldering for average-scale and large-scale production. The system realizes soldering process of the whole spectrum of cutting-edge components including mBGA and FlipChip.

Modification: Vision7 nitro 2.6 (nitric environment) heating area length is 2600 mm, equipped with four preheating zones, 2 zones of peak heating and a cooling zone. The working section of heating zone is made of stainless steel. When closed the section is gas proof thanks to special gasket that guarantees an optimal heat exchange inside the section. Every heating zone is equipped with upper and lower heating module. An optimal convection of hot air inside the heating zones is achieved with the help of special construction of fan blades as well as heating elements and construction of nozzles that guarantee even blow-off and heat exchange of components of different sizes. Special system of hot air distribution inside the section is needed to achieve the necessary temperature profile. The maximum temperature in the peak heating zone may be up to 350 °C. That is relevant for lead-free soldering.

V7 oven has two zones of peak heating which guarantees reliable soldering of even large and heavy components.

V7 is equipped with a needle chain conveyor. Conveyor width is automatically set within a range of 50 to 460 mm. Drive units and mechanical devices are placed outside the working section. The system of board central support and the system of automatic oiling of conveyor chain is set.

Double conveyor may be optionally set which allows achieving considerable productivity of a device.

V7 oven has highly effective system of sludge removal which doesn’t allow section soiling with soldering fumes during the whole service perioud.

During the soldering process detrimental fumes are absorbed between the peak heating zone and cooling zone, then condensed and gathered in a special reservoir.
