Stencil printer X3 for printing PCBs and flat assemblies with solder paste, glue or arbitrary functional layers of up to 6 mm.
Positioning of a printed circuit board is realized by the optical system by means of a computer using fiducial marks and then stored in the memory bank.
The print speed is 5 — 200 mm/s and the print pressure 50 — 260 N. Stencil frames are from 300 х 300 mm to 736 х 736 mm. Print format is equal to 460 х 460 mm. The printer is equipped with a programmable stencil cleaning system. Х3 can also be equipped with a combination of a squeegee and a flood bar or 2 squeegees. The PCB or the current printing matter can be fixed in the print position with hold-down rails. X3 has repeat accuracy equal to ±25 μм (3 Sigma).
Different print programs and parameters as well as optical positioning system of a board can be preselected and modified by operator on the machine PC which gives huge possibilities taking into account flexible production and quick changes in the list of produced items.
