BLT DC power-supply systems
BLT series power-supply system consists of the following components:
- TEBECHOP 3000, 12000 modules
- МСU controller,
- DC distribution module and rack placed in the cabinet.
TEBECHOP modules features:
- Broad band of input voltage (85 — 264 V);
- High performance factor (up to 93%), with low loads as well;
- Easy installation and maintenance due to the employment of hot plug architecture;
- Digital interface in each module makes it possible to control and to manage the modules including remote control of the whole system.
TEBECHOP 3000 HD modules
The dimension type family of TEBECHOP 3000 HD modules was designed for 48V power-supply devices assembly with the backup for the power range from 6 kW to approximately 70 kW. This family can be delivered for output voltages from 24V to 60 V as well.
Compact design of 3000 HD dimension type family with the power density of approximately 1 kW/dm3 is a result of extensive experiments for optimization of structural components and ventilation inside the power part of the equipment.
Due to forced ventilation with power reserve and temperature control, in spite of compact design of power block there were provided the conditions for maximum life time of the modules.
Similar to the modules of SLIMLINE dimension type family, TEBECHOP 3000 HD removable modules are designed for the voltage range from 85V to 265V. The output power of one module makes 3000 W and can be used entirely in the range of voltage from 200 to 265V. Battery charge voltage makes from 1.8 to 2.4 V/cell.
DC power-supply system cabinet of the dimension type family (height — 2000 mm, depth — 600 mm, width — 600 mm) in connection with the thermal loss can be equipped with 4 frameworks for detachable modules, i.e. maximum 20 detachable rectifier modules.
Developed MCU 2500 remote control system is produced for the dimension type family 3000 HD in the form of a detachable module and can be installed into the mount for the installation of the rectifier device.
In case of big installations, the standard module of MCU 2500 remote control system is installed into the front door of the system cabinet.
TEBECHOP 12000 modules
Detachable TEBECHOP 12000 rectifier module is designed for power-supply systems with backup used for power supply for large telecommunication installations with the power consumption of more than 70 kW.
The detachable module with the height of only 3 x 44.5 mm has a connection to three-phase network and provides the constant power of 12000 W within the output voltage range of 1.8 to 2.4 V/cell. With the detachable modules it was achieved a compact design with the maximum possible performance factor. The basic working range lies within 50 to 75% of output power, and the performance factor makes 94%. This high performance factor provides considerable energy savings, especially in case of large installations.
Compact mounting height (only 3 x 44.5 mm) per one detachable module and comparatively low loss power make it possible to operate maximum 10 detachable modules in one PSJ 2066 cabinet (height — 2000 mm, width — 600 mm and depth — 600 mm).
For battery distributors and for consumers it is delivered the corresponding cabinets into which it is possible to install MCU 2500 remote control system modules as well. Indication and control unit of remote control system built into the front door of the distribution cabinet make it possible to adjust and to control the power-supply system at the place of its installation. The remote control is performed with the help of telephone modem or HTML/SNMP.
