The proposed system of enterprise telephone communications is developed on the base of telecommunication platform SIS 4000 with organization of remote subscriber extensions via corporate data communication network. In this case all system functions are available for subscribers of remote extensions.

CTI complex NEOS is used for integration of bank processes with telephony. It is an in-house development of the company engineers, which has been successfully certified in the laboratories of German concern Siemens AG.
